Each class of 5 full days from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM are offered for $335, including for each child, oil paints, brushes, couteau, streched canvas and other supplies.
A discount of $50 per class is offered for parents enrolling their child in the series of 3 classesand/or having 2 or more children enrolled in 2 classes.
For 2 classes enrolled, $50 will be deducted from the second class.
Registration
A child is considered registered once the full payment has been made.
The registration and medical information sheet needs to be filled out and signed before the first day of the workshop.
No child can attend the workshop without this documents completed and signed by the parent.
Where
Classes will take place in a spacious loft in the lovely Coho Building on Capitol Hill, right to the Northwest Film Forum, in the Artist's studio, among the artist's paintings and works.
The loft is located at 1517 12th Avenue, "Mezzanine", one floor up.

The b ig windows and high ceilings of the loft invite concentration and creativity.
The lunch break*, when the sun is out, will take place a few blocks away at the new park on 11th and Pine which allows picnics, running etc…
Other breaks will be given through out the class and short relaxing exercises will be done through the day.
Outdoor: Visits to the Capitol Hill Branch Library will occur for children attending the workshop THE EYE IN THE WIND.
We shall walk from the studio to the library, by crossing the park on Pine and turning on Harrison Street and on the way visit the pea-patch
on Republican and a Gallery on Capitol Hill.
A minimum of two adults will be present for all outdoor events.

General rules and limitations
• The workshops will be limited groups of 8 maximum to insure calm and focus on each child.• The age limit is opened to discussion if you feel your child would benefit from these classes or if she or he desires to attend them.
If you are not sure about the conditions of enrollment, I am open to meeting with you and your child to talk about the workshop and see if we suit each other needs.
• Please make sure your children do not bring any gadgets, video games or other distracting elements.
• Aftercare will involve organized activities.
• Children being aggressive, violent or too disruptive might be asked to not attend the class. There are no refunds for children removed for behavioral problems.
• Please instruct your children to stay with the group when we are outside of the studio and to follow all instructions given by adults.
The child must stay in view of one adult at least. This is to be taken very seriously.

Dropping off and Pickup Policy
Your child should come not earlier than 10 minutes before the beginning of class.
After 3:10pm the child will be considered as part of the aftercare service with fees applied.
Parents must sign their child in and out of the program on a daily basis.
If someone else than a parent of the child is to pick up the child please notify us in advance with due signed authorization.
Aftercare
An aftercare service is offered between 3:00pm and 5:30pm at a rate of $5 an hour.
We will have light and relaxed group activities.
Depending on the weather you will pick up your child at the park or at the studio.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee applies for each weekly workshop. No refunds are provided once the workshop has begun.
